We use clay pot and shredded mutton with some Indian magic masala. It is cooked by natural cow ghee only.
4 plates , 500 gram raw mutton very small pieces
Some raw papaya smashed
Yogurt
Ginger garlic onion
Red chilly
Turmeric
ghee
Salt
And some jhatka magic masala
Customer has to order 1 day in advance, upon receiving the order, the mutton is procured in the morning, it is cooked in the afternoon, and delivered at evening. Minimum 4 plates have to be ordered. Customers are requested to make 50% payment in our QR code given in our home page.
